Support requests should use redacted diagnostics and category-level issue details. Do not send messages, usernames, notification text, social account identifiers, full URLs, or private social content.

Android protection not working

  • Confirm onboarding was completed.
  • Confirm the privacy promise and Accessibility disclosure appeared before permission instructions.
  • Confirm in-app consent and operating system Accessibility permission are both enabled.
  • Use redacted diagnostics only.

Wrong thing blocked

Report the issue as a wrong block and include platform, app version, rule-pack version, surface category, and decision code. Do not include content from the social app or website.

Expected block missed

Report the surface category and rule-pack version. If a broad rule problem is confirmed, Clean Social can disable the rule or roll back to last-known-good metadata.

Extension support

Confirm the extension is enabled, site protection is enabled, and the browser is one of the supported Windows desktop browsers. The popup shows the current privacy-safe decision state.

Billing support

For Android, use the restore purchase action in the app. For desktop, use the account or billing portal action when signed in. Do not send payment card details, provider passwords, or private purchase images.
